Right that's it from me for the day, it sure was a very tense match. So the series is now very interestingly poised at 1-1. The two teams now go to Colombo for the remaining three games. MS Dhoni and Badrinath had put on the match winning stand for India. Virat Kohli had earlier made a significant contribution. Good knock of 27 not out under pressure from S Badrinath, who was only playing his first international match of his career!
Sri Lanka were bundled out cheaply for 142 because of some brilliant bowling from Zaheer Khan in the morning. But the Lankans still made a match out of the paltry total and made India to fight for each and every run.
So India bounce back in the 5-ODI Series with a hard earned 3-wicket win today.
